Delivery Information
Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of the order being placed (Monday to Friday). If an item is out of stock we will aim to contact you to advise of the delay within 2 working days.
We may dispatch goods either by Standard Parcels, or Royal Mail, depending on the weight of the consignment. Most consignments will require a signature on delivery.
Missing or delayed items
Please note that we will need to wait 14 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items. This is due to Royal Mail not classing an item as lost until after this period has past.
